VetEdAI provides online educational content and continuing professional development (CPD) resources for veterinary professionals. Our courses are intended to support professional learning and AI literacy and do not constitute clinical advice.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VetEdAI website and the purchase and access of our online courses, webinars, and related materials (“Content”).

By using our website or purchasing Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Professional Use

VetEdAI Content is designed for veterinary professionals and those working in veterinary settings. You are responsible for ensuring that any learning undertaken meets your own CPD requirements and professional obligations.

Completion of a VetEdAI course does not in itself guarantee compliance with RCVS, BVA, or employer CPD requirements.

4. Nature of the Content

All Content is provided for educational purposes only.
VetEdAI does not provide clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own clinical judgement, professional decisions, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

5. Access to Courses and Webinars

• Purchased Content is provided on a single-user, non-transferable licence

• Access periods (where applicable) will be stated at the point of purchase

• Sharing login details or Content is not permitted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.

6. Fees and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full before access to paid Content is granted.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

In line with UK consumer law:

• For on-demand digital content, by accessing the Content you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel

• Refunds are not normally available once access has been granted, except where required by law or at VetEdAI’s discretion

For live webinars, cancellation terms (if any) will be stated at the point of booking.

8. CPD Certificates

Where CPD certificates are offered, these will be issued based on attendance and/or completion criteria set out for the course.

It is your responsibility to determine whether the CPD is suitable for your individual requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, including videos, slides, text, graphics, and materials, is owned by or licensed to VetEdAI.

You may:

• View Content for personal professional use

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, share, resell, or publish Content without written permission

10. Website Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the website or Content will always be available or error-free.

VetEdAI is not liable for temporary outages or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VetEdAI is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Content for clinical decision-making

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
